This historic Neo-Classical Tulsa
building was originally only 10 stories, then raised
to 22 in 1929.
Phillips+Bacon has completed numerous tenant
renovation projects throughout the building, including
re-lighting of the original lobby.
Work on the building systems
has included; central plant studies, ventilation/fresh
air retrofits, Chilled water and steam riser remodels,
electrical distribution studies and after-hours utility
surveys.
